Culinary Arts
The Culinary Arts course presents various learning activities in today’s commercial food services and hospitality industry. Students receive kitchen safety and sanitation training, equipment use, knife skills, and food preparation.
Fundamentals of Dental Assisting
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the dental assisting profession. This course covers the roles of the dental team, ethics, oral and facial anatomy, infection control, and relevant laws and regulations.
Google Workspace
This class offers an overview of Google Workspace’s popular cloud-based apps. Learn to store and manage files in Drive, create documents in Docs, work with spreadsheets in Sheets, create presentations in Slides, and design surveys in Forms. Additional tips on managing email with Gmail and events with Calendar are also covered.
Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC)
Learn the skills required for maintaining, repairing, and adjusting residential and commercial HVAC units. The course covers cooling principles, electrical fundamentals, and green building technology, preparing students for HVAC installers and technicians roles.
Introduction to Python
This hands-on course is designed for newcomers to programming. Learn fundamental concepts and structures of Python, including standard IO, operators, flow control, functions, built-in sequence types, and basic object-oriented programming.
Medical Assistant Back Office
Assist physicians in the back office of a doctor’s office or clinic with basic patient care procedures, including lab work. The course requires a 120-160-hour clinical assignment arranged at different sites.
